Gettin' Around

Avery really gets around. She's crawling -- sort of. And she's sitting up unassisted -- sort of. Her sitting up is still a variation of the tripod -- she sits up but still requires the use of one of her hands on the ground to give herself support. And crawling -- well she does a little bit of everything -- inchworm, army crawl, up on her tiptoes, 'real' crawling though not very far when she does. She seems to enjoy being on the floor with freedom to go where she wants and explore all of her toys on her own.

Moving News

AHHH!! Just found out we have someone to sublease our apartment!! That's GREAT news but means things are about to get crazier -- closing date and moving date will be moved up to late September. Keep us in your prayers as we wrap loose ends!

Tim Hawkins

We are one happy couple right now -- Got to see Tim Hawkins on Saturday night and it was so incredibly funny. Now our life is complete. :-D

Below are a couple video clips from the evening. In the first, he's doing a new song -- a mock on the song 'The Candayman', his version telling how the government taxes us & redistributes wealth. We called it 'Tim Hawkins: The Musical' because he had goofy little dances & hand motions. It was great. The second video he's talking about experiences flying & in airports.
